I couldn't be any more happier with this machine. It does an awesome job at what I need it to do. The sales guy Jeff is a good guy! he took care of us in founding the right product that we needed, ordered this for us and we had it right away. Since we purchased it we've put it to work. Overall great machine, great service, great sales. Definitely will come back in the future.

Jeff goes out of his way to ensure the purchaser has the right piece of equipment needed for their operations. Always has equipment to demo to ensure a proper fit for the task and always works with the buyer for the best all around deal. Highly recommended.
We purchased a snowblower from German Bliss after shopping around a bit. The help we received from Ben in East Peoria was wonderful. He explained the different options we had and provided tips for maintenance once we had made a selection. I will definitely return again .
I came in to this establishment the other day looking at possibly purchasing new lawn equipment and I was also pricing out equipment with different dealers. I spoke with Bob. His knowledge of his product was outstanding compared to other establishments I have been to. I could tell he has taken the time to learn his craft and hone his skills. I will more than likely be back to purchase. Honestly, he could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman wearing white gloves.
Was very satisfied with sales. They answered any questions asked. They were courteous and explained things clearly. Very satisfied the way my tractor performs.
