WELL DONE EAST PEORIA LOWES! The store is conveniently located. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have never had a problem with returning items to the store. The #1 reason I shop at Lowes in general is their military discount to veteran's.

Went after a electric pilot light for my gas stove. Look on the internet before I went. Part in my hand. Lady in appliances,tells me they do not carry parts. On my way out of that department. I walked past a shelf about 10ft long, 8ft tall, of parts. About dozen of the part that I need. But if they don't want my business, I will go to Menards!

Ordered kitchen cookstove,in approximately 2 weeks was told that it was in store.went to pick it up and they said couldn't find it,then admitted it wasn't actually ordered.thanks for your incompetent employees.refunded money
