Take my laptop in to be looked at by the tech support that I pay 15 a month for and rarely use, and get nothing but rude treatment the entire time I’m in there. Carol the sales manager was very displeased she even had to assist me, and didn’t spend any time getting my laptop off of her hands, just saying they don’t offer that level of service. I tried reaching out to corporate for this matter but nobody responded, so now we make it public. If you have the tech support plan, you won’t get much tech support.

Great back to school sales, clean store, nice staff! Got a really nice TUL planner, regular 27.00 for 6.00 on clearance in the back of the store. Such a nice product line, high quality, that can be reused in the following years. Will just need to buy new updated calendars/ sheets for the following years!
Eddie was helpful and not pushy when it came to up sales. That in my book, is important. Made we want to return again and see him specifically. Thanks Eddie!

Was in the store this afternoon looking for some #11 envelopes. These envelopes seem to be next to impossible to find in any store. I had bought some in the past and had one left. Office Max didn't have any in stock. One of the lady employees went out of her way and ordered me some by doing a web search. They are to be mailed to my home address. The employees are very helpful and dedicated. My go to business for my office needs.
