Mom has been a Memory Care resident for over two years. The staff from Janelle the Director, to staff, such as Lynn, Nancy and Chad are great. They treat her with care and respect. They take the time to get to know her and her likes and dislikes. This is the best place for her.

Moved my mom into Serenity's Memory Care unit in East Peoria only a few days ago, but it is already evident that the level of care she is receiving far exceeds her previous facility. Caregiver-to-resident ratio is much higher … even double at some times. ALL personal caregivers are also CNAs, which is also an improvement. Food is excellent. Facility is clean and beautiful. Can't express enough how wonderful the staff have been to work with. All are professional, capable, friendly and helpful. And to top it off, the cost is considerably lower too. My only regret is that we didn't make this move sooner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality, affordable memory care for a loved one.
From my initial contact and tour with Erin to my father becoming a resident the experience has been first class. The staff has been very caring and show the utmost respect for the residents. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. A very tough decision in life was made a lot easier by Serenity and it's staff.
I've had the opportunity to see Serenity grow since they first opened the doors. Since the beginning management staff has been all about the community of residents. It's amazing to watch in the management meetings the discussions on everything to provide the best environment for the resident in the community. I feel it's great to work in a place where the staff are continually directed and supported to be a part of making life better for the residents.
The whole staff at Serenity is fabulous. They are so kind and loving. My mother-in-law is getting the best care possible along with lots of love! It is clean. The food is delicious. The staff treats her with respect.
