Rented a man lift 2 weeks in a row and the 2nd week it would not hold a charge! When I took it back I told them about it and they said they would have it checked out, called a week later to see if they checked it out and to see if we could get a refund and they said no because we still had it for the weekend!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Had it for 3 days and couldn’t even use it, and the girl at the front desk was very rude when we called back about it!!! SUNBELT FROM NOW ON!!!

Had a list of equipment booked out months and months (8 months at least) in advance. I get a call a week and a half before my event date telling me \sorry we can't get those for you anymore\ . We had used them for years and have had various mechanical issues to begin with but this is the final straw and the end of my business using United Rental. Do not recommend
