If your looking to be represented by someone who is ready to roll and find you your best option and willing to take time with your case find a different lawyers office. All the way up from the consultation to the time I finally asked for my money back this place dragged their feet in every possible way. I did my part that i was told would make me look better to the judge but the only time they did theirs was the 30 min before the court dates. I had Joe and hes basically a public defender that could care less to remember any detail involving you or your case as soon as you leave him from the court house and good luck trying to contact him, let alone ask him to dig a little deeper for you. It's truly a disgrace that we are expected to fork over hard earned money to a lazy group of individuals and watch them do nothing to help. I cant stand lazy people in my line of work and wont tolerate it in theirs. Thankfully I got some of my bill refunded to me since Joe couldn't seem to do anything for me. IF YOUR FIGHTING A DOMESTIC BATTERY DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I would've spent my money elsewhere from the start.

Rich Williams was my lawyer at this firm. The law is complicated and filled with specialized and difficult (for an average person) language to understand, in court you need an experienced and well versed lawyer. Rich Williams is such a lawyer, he is an excellent attorney. If you are in need of professional and skilled representation I recommend this firm.

One star because the building looks good from the outside until you walk in and realize the facade hides an unorganized group of offices on at least 3 or 4 levels of the main floor. Up 1 step to 1 office, up 2 step to another, up 1 step and down 3 steps to another office in the back corner of what looked like a storeroom. Unprofessional and disorganized with the skill set of a recently graduated legal secretary who partied her way through college. I can't recommend these guys for any legal assistance, not even for a parking ticket. I don't know if it's just the Peoria/Pekin area that is populated with lazy, unskilled and unmotivated attorneys or if it's like this everywhere. These attorneys clog the courts with their numerous and wasteful filings that achieve nothing making it difficult for honest and hard working people to protect themselves from corruption.
