I emailed and called this place for a specific car and told them I would look at it in the evening the lady said that it would be there. I had to leave work early and drive about 45 minutes to get there and the guy said someone bought it this afternoon. I was extremely upset, and irritated that nobody called or emailed saying the car had been sold. Very dissatisfied with overall experience, communication, and basic human decency.

had a wonderful experience buying a used car for my daughter. Had my mechanic fix an exhaust issue, LCM reimbursed me for fix even though their garage could've done it cheaper. I'll be back when my other kids need vehicles
