I would highly recommend Premier of Lancaster. My daughter has been taking lessons for a couple months and is flourishing and loving it! She has a lot of energy and is never bored. Students are challenged and taught with care, in a most positive manner. Each instructor has something special to bring to their class. The owner and instructors genuinely care about the success of every student. I especially love the monthly homework; which focuses on strengthening character. For example; this month is about positive self image. We sincerely appreciate what Premier has to offer and would tell anyone thinking of joining to do so.

My kids absolutely love this place. That have been going here for about two months. And they love it. The staff is super friendly and family oriented. I would highly recommend them for your kids or you. Because they also offer classes for adults. They offer classes that fit any schedule.

My daughter started taking classes in January and loves it. Angela is great with the kids, as well as Adam. My daughter has become more disciplined since starting class and has gained more confidence in herself. It's excellent exercise but she doesn't think of it like that, she always says class is fun! I'd highly recommend PMA for your child or if you want to take classes yourself.

We started with Premier at the beginning stages in fall 2020. I was looking to get my daughter more active but she wasn’t interested in team Sports. She is 9 and enjoying karate. It has increased her confidence and improving her focus. She is working on her third belt and enjoys showing off her new moves to family and friends.

A great place to train! Great instructors that provide an excellent level of physical training and technical expertise. The location is new, so it is a good place for beginners or people exploring new interests and hobbies.
