First time I used them: Great. Went to use them today: They did not pick up their phones. Called multiple times. Drove in, reserved a truck, they said they'd call when it arrived, our reservation time hit, no phone call, waited an hour, no call to tell us either way, couldn't get them on the line, went to a different dealer. Pick up your dang phone people! That's how you lose customers. It's also just bad business.

Absolutely, ridiculous. Reserved a truck for after hours pick up. Did everything I normally do with ease and success at other locations. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same normal experience here. It was not easy and i was not successful. I wasn't able to pick up the truck I reserved after an hour of trying to get ahold of someone... I will not be back... Canceled reservation now and I better receive a complete refund....

It's been a long time since I can say that I have had great customer service, well I'm pleased to say that this place have phenomenal customer service. Dylan and Jordan both knocked my socks off with how helpful and nice these guys are. Jordan helped carry my boxes out to my car, and Dylan bent over backwards looking through the computer system for my order. Moving is hands down one of the most stressful things and these guys made this aspect of it, stress free, so thank you. The van I rented was clean, new, well kept, and thank God for the strong AC in that thing. The woman who rang me up also helped me choose the best package to get the best rate for the distance I was going. Can't thank this location and staff enough.

Not much room for improvement. I did have difficulty trying to get someone on the phone, so I reserved a trailer online instead and then did the online pre-checkin the morning of the pickup. I showed up 15 minutes early and the General Manager, Daniel Dull, checked me in and very carefully went over everything. He answered all of my questions. He checked and re-checked the operation of the trailer lights, and when one of them was a problem, he quickly replaced the 4-pin to 9-pin adapter with another and let me keep it. I was out of there with the trailer within a half-hour. When returning the trailer, Jordon Kramer was quick and efficient, and he too noticed an issue with one of the lights and quickly checked it and confirmed that the issue was with the trailer and likely a burned out light. He also only charged us for a single day even though we were several hours late in returning the trailer and rightfully could have been charged for a second day. If I ever need a truck or trailer again, I will not consider going anywhere else, and I will not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone else who does. These guys were very professional and very customer-centric!

Great truck, great staff. I complained that the high beams wouldn't stay on, and they immediately called to resolve it, but the high beams worked then. It was upsetting because I knew they didn't work for me, so Dan invited me to come check it out myself. As soon as I turned on the headlights, I realized that the whole time I was driving, that I had only the parking lights on, and in this mode the high beams don't turn on with stick forward, only holding the stick. So I got my explanation, and was happy. I've used this uhaul many times and it has always been great. Great place to get straps, boxes, and trailer hitch stuff too.

Dan was excellent to work with. He went out of his way to take care of us when the hitch we ordered from them did not come in in a timely manner. We bought our own hitch and had them install it. It was done quickly and professionally. We will definitely recommend this place to friends.

AVOID***AVOID They overcharged for damages without showing any prove! They did handle my complaint professionally. This is the worst U-hall center that I ever dealt with. Don't cause yourself unnecessary headache and just find another location!

Fantastic customer service from an employee named Jordon who was running the operation all by himself when I arrived to pick up my truck. I watched Jordon courteously take care of every customer in line, keep everyone calm, attend to everyone's questions and needs, and keep the line moving. Jordon seemed young but he handled his job like he was the CEO. He eliminated the stress and hassle of truck rental.
