We have rented several times through Beach Realty purposefully, as we would like to buy in the specific area we are renting homes and like to build long term relationships. We have had very good experience over the years, other than the most recent experience. Our recent visit indicates an opportunity to improve the customer experience, including setting clear expectations with those who rent about check in /check out time, ensuring that rental properties are represented accurately in pictures, including both the description and the actual reality of the property, and also the overall tone with which they respond to customer issues.
