They setup outside pickup, very good. Took a little while to come over and ask about order but was addressed quickly once approached. Great variety of products. They had stuff local hardware stores don't. If you are looking for some specialty hardware, check them out online. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Ordered a much needed part for my business and paid extra to have it rush shipped overnight. I was assured it would be here the next day. After 2 days and it still didn't show up I called and was told they did not rush ship it and that it was still going to be a few more days to get here. They refunded 1/2 of the shipping price. Then, when it finally got here it was the WRONG part in the packaging for the item I actually wanted. The man on the phone told me I was wrong and that it was the right part even though I was looking at the picture of what ordered and the part in my hands with my own 2 eyes. Had to hang up and get a different rep who confirmed that they did in fact send me the wrong part and that they would rush ship me the correct one. If/when I get the correct one (on time) I will edit this review. *edit* Second part arrived 3 days later than promised and wrong piece was sent again. Returned it. Shopping elsewhere.

Walked in to find a pair for safety boots for work. Ended up taking a pair that I thought I would like to the counter to get the right size to try on, the boots didn't seem to fit properly then had a difficult time trying to get a rep to assist me in finding boots. One them asked me what company I worked for looked on the list and then just ignored me after because my company doesn't have an agreement with granger. I was very disappointed with service, I haven't purchased a pair of boots yet however will likely go elsewhere with more professional service.
