Just received my first haircut since the covid19 shutdown. Brianna did a fantastic style. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and handed all necessary items to stay safe. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the salon. Feel safe to go there for some pampering. Thank you Irena and staff.
Three strikes from my FAVORITE spa. First, last visit my massage was destroyed by the tec small talking with me the whole time. Nice guy but I am not here to talk. Second, shortly after that appointment I get a phone message that they are billing me for a missed appointment. I called up furious as I just had a bad experience there and now this random message ? Wrong Gina they said.. Get it together please.. Lastly, my niece books an appointment for a couples massage.. They don't have an open appointment for that but booked same day different rooms and times obviously HOWEVER she charged them extra for the couples massage. What?? I called to cancel their appointment and booked a couples massage at Bear Creek instead. Told them what happened. Please better your customer service because you used to be the best hands down. Not anymore.

I have a great experience every time I come to this spa. Very knowledgeable and kind staff not to mention a relaxing ambience from start to end. The owner, Irene has her own line of products which they recommend you buy but don't force you to. I have bought a couple and they do work amazingly well. The services are reasonably priced and they always have great deals going on!
Been coming to see irini for years for my facials. Always so relaxing and my skin looks amazing. Steve is the BEST for massage. Highly recommend this spa
