It may sound cliche', but this is one of those times that you truly get the insight and expertise of a large firm while gaining the personal attention that only a small firm can offer. More often than not, I come out of my meetings with OIS feeling like they want me to succeed even more than I want to. That's growing increasingly rare, and simply reinforces why I chose them for our branding and marketing needs. Creative, insightful, and incredibly focused on every detail.

Otto Image Services, Inc., was wonderful to work with no matter the project. I worked with Sara to create product look books for each month's delivery. She was thorough, yet quick, and worked with me to get the books just right. I would highly recommend Otto Image Services for all your graphic design needs.

As an editor, I hope the future brings some opportunities to work again with my brilliant graphic artist, Sara Otto. It’s impossible to describe the magic she performed on the Nautical Research Journal or to give sufficient credit for her efforts. No matter what the crisis, she rose to the occasion, pulling yet another rabbit out of the hat. She never complained when we worked beastly late or on weekends to meet press deadlines. No matter how many times I asked her to “try this” or “try that,” she did cheerfully, even when she knew my suggestion was not the solution. Her artistic vision is exemplary. Those outside the graphic field cannot fully appreciate Sara’s contribution, which is why I’m stating it for the record. Scottie Dayton Editor, Nautical Research Journal (2003-06)
