We suddenly needed to put our 15 year old dog down last week. It was an incredibly difficult time for us. After the first clinic said they didn't have time, this clinic listened compassionately to our situation, asking questions about our pup. This was before even speaking with the vet. We were able to bring him in and the kindness we experienced towards our dog and ourselves was just amazing. We will never forget the compassion that was shown to us that day. Eventually when we get another dog, we plan to make this clinic our permanent vet. RIP Huey 8.1.2005-2.5.2021

Great veterinary service. From your fur babies start at life, to their elderly age and death. East Valley Animal Hospital has provided my fur babies with the best care. At this time EVSH is helping my family work through our cats diabetes. Management without meds. It has been working out great for the past year. And with yearly checkups I believe he may be with us a long while. Please remember to get your pets spayed or neutered & chipped!

We recently switched vets and could not be happier. East Valley goes above and beyond for our dogs. I have never been inside due to COVID but you have to feel secure in your choice when your pups run into the building to see the vet! They are thorough, competent, and put me and my dogs first. We had an amazing and caring experience when our lab passed and had only been a customer for a few months versus when our older lab needed to be euthanized after a battle with cancer at our old vet and we were told to wait several days to be “fit” into the schedule and that was after a decade of loyalty. Thank you East Valley. You made a terrible day a little better, showing true care and compassion for my family and my beloved Tucker.

We've been bringing our dogs to East Valley animal clinic for around 17 years. We love them! I fully trust them to treat my dogs with respect, kindness, and lots of love!! They have been there for good times and super sad times and they've always been absolutely fantastic!!!

Most of the time when I call this place it's either busy or a message says they're not set up to receive calls. Would give them 5 stars otherwise, but the phone thing is complete BS. It's ridiculous when I'm parked outside for an appointment and have to bang on their windows to let them know I'm there.
