I would recommend East Village Place to anyone looking to place their loved one in a senior living residence. I worked at the community for almost a year and it was the most wonderful experience! What initially drew me to EVP was the small size; it's a close-knit community where everyone genuinely feels like family. If you are looking for someplace just like home, this is exactly where you want to be. The associates are kind, caring, and friendly. The food is delicious and fresh; I always looked forward to checking out what was on the daily menu - it was like going to a restaurant! The programs are engaging and truly enrich the lives of residents by means of educational opportunities, live musical entertainment, and exciting day trips. I loved watching how neighbors that turned into friends slowly became more like family. It was heartwarming to see how the community's seniors embraced a new chapter of their lives and are ultimately thriving in their new environment. The community has assisted living and two levels of memory care, so there are options to suit a variety of needs. The longevity of the management team speaks to the success of this community, and I was genuinely proud to tell people that I worked there. East Village Place was rated in the top 1% of senior care establishments in the US and Canada in 2018, which is another reason I was drawn to the community. I can't say enough great things about this place!

My mother was here for the last year of her life. The staff is very caring, attentive and loving. They did their best to care for my mom as she declined and adjusted to her growing needs. Facility is well maintained and the food is good. The facility has a homey atmosphere.

My parents have lived at EVP for several years now. They are now 91 years old and have had health ups and downs but the care and attention they receive have been excellent throughout their time there. The staff is excellent and very helpful every time I have been there. They have a community of friends at EVP and it is home.

excellent place to place a family member the care and compassion is outstanding. I have been to other places even had my mother at another place there is no comparison. EVP takes the time to care and gives the time to the resident, my mothers aide is just outstanding and goes above and beyond everyday the aide is just the best and your residents aide you will feel is the best as well. The meals are great the portion size is good the aides take the time to encourage the resident to eat, if they don't eat they get them something else. I am so thankful to have EVP to be helping in my care plan and I cannot thank them enough! till you say no to the executive director and then watch out!!! the false allegations start
