He did a great job! The van drives amazing but it did take a little long but it's totally worth it!

I brought my truck there for a shifting issue, he diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in 3 days. The price for the repair was reasonable with the worked that was needed. Scags does more than just transmission work, he has replaced suspension parts in my truck and has done engine work. The customer service is great letting you know when your vehicle is fixed, and if the have found something that needs attention. This is the only shop I bring my vehicles to and I refer all friends and family to him.

Owner was there on site helping me right away. He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue, checking the fluids, running the vehicle and performing tests, as well as taking the vehicle for a test ride. The problem was quickly diagnosed and explained.

I wish I could give ZERO stars for this place. My first complaint is I drop my car off to get looked at on Monday and didn't receive a call back until Thursday night! Second is although I knew they'd probably charge to look at it that was never stated because I explained to the man I had already had it diagnosed but they couldn't do the repair. So I get a call saying my this is bad and I need a whole new tranny and they want to charge outrageous amount to fix my issues. I politely tell the women Gina that called me I respect their diagnosis but I'm going to go with what the other mechanic told me. She begins to tell me in so many words that I'm wrong their right and my car is junk anyways. Then she tells me well if we don't fix it you owe us 88 for looking at it and continues to tell me why the other mechanic were wrong. All in all HORRIBLE customer service and I will NEVER recommend this place.
