I would never suggest anyone to ever use them. They are to high priced. And they don't know how to treat people. They kicked me out saying I had a bunch of garbage outside of my unit when I was barely there. When I asked them about it the guy was rude. We also rented a uhaul from them and the check engine light was on and we had said something to them about it and all the guy did was shrugged and said thats uhaul for you. They don't care about anything but money.
We've rented a storage unit here for almost seven years and have never had any issues. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. They have good security and a variety of indoor and outdoor units. Definitely recommend.
The owner coordinated my whole move. He suggested the boxes and packing supplies I needed, he had movers show up, he had the storage unit delivered to a remote area, and made sure everything was moved in time for the property to close. I am very impressed and thankful for all the help I got from East Wenatchee Mini Storage. I could not have made this move without them.
UHaul is great there. They always have whatever I need.
