Came here and got a 20 foot truck for the day. Before coming in I put my ID online and got the whole process ready to go before going in. Staff was friendly. Little pricey if you start driving more miles, but overall worth the money.

Jessica that works at the U-Haul place is absolutely delightful! She was very professional, kind, funny and you can tell she likes her job. Excellent customer service!! Definitely recommend!!
This location is a disgrace. They never handed us back our drivers license and had it for a full 24 hours with little attempts to get a hold of us. Mistakes happen, but they did not leave a voicemail (we were out of cell coverage) or email us. We got four hours away and realized it on our own. When we called Jessica yelled at us, gave us attitude and hung up on us when we asked to speak to a manager. This was entirely unprofessional and I would warn anyone before doing business with UHaul and this location in particular.
These guys are my go to for rental needs. Friendly and helpful every time.

No help with light problem. Refund is not instant, as they claim. Wish they would have done a hold, or changed the pick up date. I told them about it, hope they learn.
