Clean store, welcoming friendly staff. Rafael helped us and he was amazing! He was extremely patient and made sure all our issues we're taken care of and questions answered. There was no high pressure sales, he just made sure we had what we needed. I would definitely recommend visiting this store.

I visited this store about 3 weeks ago when I wanted to switch from T-Mobile. I worked with Rafael and received excellent customer service. I had problems porting my number and he was very helpful and patient with me getting things sorted out. My phone is just a few months old so I didn’t need a new phone, but I would go back to them for additional purchases. Rafael seemed genuinely concerned and happy to have another new customer joining Verizon. I interacted with other staff when I was there, and they were all courteous and friendly. I appreciated that there were no high pressure sales. Thank you for your help getting my account set up.

I had been a customer with T-Mobile for a long time. But not always the best service when I travel up North. I came to this store as heard get quick service. Rafael greeted me immediately and took the time To answer ALL my questions. I was able to switch my whole family over to Verizon without any concerns and was such a smooth transition!
