My boyfriend and I visit at least once a week and we work 3rd shift, so we go pretty late. Usually they’ll take our order and have it ready when we arrive, which is great. Never had a problem with how our food taste, and it’s always correct. And most of the ladies are very sweet. But lately, they have stopped taking to-go orders or even close the store randomly for unknown reasons. We shouldn’t be getting a voicemail box that says they’re open if they’re not. I understand waiting for service if they just had a crowd, but it is your job. If you’re short staffed, then change your hours if it’s that serious.

By far the best waffle House I've ever eaten at!
I stopped by to get a triple order of smothered hash browns. And I want them prepared soft. And I must say that the young man that prepared them for me did a perfect job! And the young lady that waited on me was so very sweet!
Waitress let me sit too long before taking my order, I told her I wanted lots of coffee. Table next to me couldn't get her attention. One visit she had the coffee pot and walked by my table. This location is usually better than this.
Foods good. Was left waiting on phone while they took care of in person first. Left me waiting to long. I went to Wendy's.
As a college student, it is always amazing. Staff workers are funny and food is good. No place I would rather be than here.
The usual saturday staff is great, friendly, attentive. Love the "show". quality of food is consistent.
Cant go wrong with some good greasy food every now and again.
