I used A1 On The Move for my move from Eastbourne to East Grinstead. As I was downsizing from a two bed bungalow to a Studio flat I also wanted some furniture taken to Hertfordshire for my grandson, and other household appliances to my son at East Grinstead. All of this was carried out in one day and one round trip. The whole operation was done between 8am and 6pm. very efficiently, helpfully and cheerfully by the two members of staff. A job well done and well worth the cost.
Excellent service - we used A1 for removals and storage as our moving dates were 2 weeks apart. Very professional and extremely helpful. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.
I used a1 for storage and removals, on unpacking my belongings, a very unique and heavy glass lamp table was unpacked and the top was broken off, this was damaged beyond repair and on submitting a claim it was deemed that they wasn’t held responsible?! So therefore I wasn’t entitled to any repair or replacement! They broke my table and this table has been moved previously with no problem ... I am totally disgusted with the way this has been dealt with so if you have anything of value I wouldn’t recommend using this company!
What an amazing experience, these guys showed up on time, were respectful and could not have been more helpful. They safely moved everything, no damage to anything. The speed In which they packed up my whole house amazed me. I can not recommend them enough. They would be my only choice if I m ever brave enough to move again. They made it stress free, and calm for me. Excellent, outstanding service 10* !
