We are in the process of selling our house with Andrews and they are pulling out all the stops to get everything sorted so we can buy our dream house. Wendy, Anna, James, Lawrence and Russell are the team members we have dealt with so far on the phone and/or in person and they are all on the ball, concerned for their customers and quick to deliver results! Top notch service.

Awful experience with this estate agent! Called to ask some simple questions about a rental property they had on their books. Got told by the unenthusiastic lettings agent that he would have to get in touch with the landlord, but that he was on holiday and they kept missing each others calls. That was a monday! so by the friday, called for an update. Got told he didn't know anything about my phone call (even though he was the agent i dealt with.) Didn't even ask my name, told me that he thought the other agent that had the property as well had an offer so they weren't showing anyone around. Basically told me to phone the other agent to see what they say! Very unimpressed by how unprofessional and the pure attitude that it seems they don't want to even let any properties! We are the customer! not the enemy! Will not be bothering with them again!
Not impressed with my experience with this estate agent. Avoid them like the plague!!!
Lazy agents. Had to constantly chase them. Endless phone calls that were never returned and ended up loosing the property.
