The service has gone way down. The telephone is permanently engaged and when I turned up to collect my glasses I was asked weather i had an appointment! How can one make an appointment if the telephone is permanently on voicemail? And if one leaves a message, it’s never followed up.

Great opticians ! I must admit I haven’t had my eyes tested for a long while I was greeted by very polite and friendly staff and a very thorough optician , my glasses took less than a week ! I highly recommend Asda opticians ! Keep it up guys !

When I suddenly saw flashing lights in my eye, the lovely staff could not have been more helpful. I was fitted in with the optician almost immediately and examined. Everyone was very kind and so helpful even sending a referral to the hospital by fax. Thanks to you all.
