After being a bit apprehensive at a visit during these Virus afflicted times, I felt totally comfortable with the environment and the measures taken to practice safely. Thank you! Antoinette was lovely - so professional and clear during discussions and explained everything really well. Victoria was her usual bright and cheery self too - in summary a total 10 out of ten all round!!

exceptional costumer service! i had the most thorough eye examination by mr. patel (have not had those kinds of tests from previous opticians) and has explained and answered my questions. sharon on the other hand, took her time to show me their collection and also rang to order a different colour for me to choose with no obligation. all the staff have been accomodating and very helpful. you have a very amazing team. barracloughs meassures everything from your eyes, the lens, centre of vision, the frames! i am glad to have tried you!

Inflexible, jobsworthy. 'Unable' to allow me to pics up specs for kid without a 'fiting' which could not be done for two weeks. Explained he needed for school and fit would be wrong anyway after two mins of him putting them in his backpack. Eventually extricated glasses after massive row in the street. Great risk:benefit analysis guys and brilliant listening to your customers.

I had an eye test last week, once COVID 19 pandemic restrictions were lifted, and was very pleased with the way they handled everything. They only let in 2 clients at the most, seats are covered and wiped down afterwards, masks are worn, there is absolutely no need to worry about anything. The eye test was thorough and all the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Barracloughs!
