Well colour me happy! Eating here was absolutely the highlight of the gastronomic part of my mini break. I started with calamari which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, had the vegetarian platter as a main course and Bill's pot for dessert. Wow! Great quality ingredients and a taste bud sensation. I was gifted with a jar of Bill's raspberry jam for my birthday, too. I have a birthday voucher from my sister in South Africa and with use it in one of your London restaurants. Keep doing what you're doing. It works

Great service to accompany a lovely set menu which is reasonably priced but food still at a high standard. Good Covid 19 guidlines in place, don't understand why some people still have to question staff about giving details. This is how it's going to be for a very long time, just let them do their jobs and help businesses stay afloat
Staff brilliant. Safety excellent. Temperatures taken before you enter. Food a gastronomic experience. Chocolate pot shown all is edible.
We have always had a lovely experience in all the bills restaurant we went, however Eastbourne wasn’t the case! We tried 3 times and we ended up every time with upset stomach!! Please avoid this place
Delicious well cooked dishes, friendly staff and all social distancing procedures observed. All diners' temperatures checked at door. All staff wearing mask and seating well arranged. We searched a long time to find a restaurant where they had the courtesy to protect their clients by wearing face protection. Well done Bill's.
