So I've been going to the gym frequently for about 2 years and over that time I've noticed the difference between this gym and a commercial gym. Look, I'm not saying the more widely owned gyms are bad.. More like what is your goal? This gym, for me is everything I could possibly want. So far I've been 3-4 days since they've opened and I've been approached by all members of staff for a introduction. I've had multiple members speak to me as a homely atmosphere. The equipment may look a bit daunting but it provides such a pump I honestly cannot describe it. You'll need to try it! They have a super educated team who will always provide insight into the machines and not only that they sell multiple variants of proteins and preworkout. The amount of guidance and goodies at your fingers is honestly baffling. Since I've gone to this gym my perspective in lifting has changed. It's a real sense of community and everyone is incredibly welcoming. 10/10 This is definitely a gym for people who want the best.

Whilst passing though Eastbourne I decided to have a session at Boss Gym, it was an Excellent gym and I can highly recommend. I wish there were more gyms like this in South London. Clean, very well equipped , good space, lots of weights , great light and music, nice atmosphere and people were cool as well . Will definitely come back here if I'm ever in the area . Great local independent gym .
