Wanted to donate 3 piece suite only 4 yes old in good condition with fire labels gave 2 dates for collection as per their website instructions got phone call offering completely different dates my impression was they couldn't care less .

Bad service should have had a delivery on Wednesday afternoon but did not turn up so don’t know when I going to get very bad service.

A very nice store, plenty to see, with helpful and polite staff. Items usually sensibly priced but gradually drifting away from "bargain" or "tempting" to "average" or even "expensive" considering there will be wear or damage on any secondhand item. Despite the shop looking very welcoming from the outside [and I frequently pop in with a view to making further purchases] I get fed up with the radios blaring away inside and make it a flying visit rather than a serious browse, where I'd probably stop to look at everything. Perhaps they do that to stop people hanging around clogging up the store for too long?

Great modern selection of second hand goods , delivery is 20 though so best to collect if you can , they have electricals too

We just had a collection from BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION. for a CHARITY they are very fussy in what they will take you think being a CHARITY any donation would be great full but think again. We had a perfect good dinning table with a little scratch on it and a small coffee cup stain but they refused to take it. You would think being a CHARITY IF ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGHT FOR THEIR HIGH STREET SHOW ROOM THEY COULD GIVE IT TO SOME NEEDY HOUSE HOLD. Next time I will look for a more deserving charity shop to donate.

Being a long time donater i called in the shop and was interested in a divan bed it was a tad overpriced as it had a wear hole in the base i asked if they would reduce it a little the man said the price is the price so, i mentioned i was a loyal donater he smirked and said even more reason to not reduce we dont reward donators, that's the last donation they will get from me. DID NOT GET ANYWHERE WITH MY COMPLAINT FOBBED OFF WELL DID NOT EXPECT ANYTHING ELSE. WILL NOT DONATE TO THESE PEOPLE AGAIN THATS FOR DEFINATE.
