Following my wisdom tooth extraction, I would like to say thank you to the delightful dentist Aluja, and also to lovely nurse Sarah for their kindness and first class treatment. It was a very positive experience. I have a minor heart condition and take blood thinners, and was blown away when I received a phone call from Aluja at the end of surgery checking that I was ok. I am an NHS patient and I could not wish for better dental care.

I wish I could award zero stars as one star is too many ! Absolutely discusted by this dental practice ! My husband and I were registered with them for a few years. In 2018 we had our appointments cancelled by them due to dentist being on maternity leave and then again later when dentist was out of the country., We were told they would be in contact to re-book once dentist is back, this never happened, thankfully we did not require any treatment at that time, now however when I require an urgent appointment I have been told that they have removed us both from their register as we had not been in contact, shocking service ! They cancelled us twice not the other way round. They even have the audacity to send me and email promoting their return to business after lockdown ! A disgrace to their profession !

I recently had to have a tooth extracted and i can give nothing but praise to this dental practice. All the staff I've had contact with at this dental practice have been nothing but kind, caring and 100% professional and are a credit to the NHS and BUPA. The reception staff and nurses are very helpful and courteous and both the dentists I've seen and the hygienist were exceptional I couldn't be happier.
