I have only positive things to say about my experience with Caffyns. Jay was extremely helpful from to start to finish when purchasing an Audi Q5 recently. The car is in great condition and was prepped to a high standard. Would recommend!

Recently ordered a new Audi Q7 recently through a leasing company and the delivery experience was awful. Upon delivery there were rust stains particulates on the car, the dealer dint even seem to bother to give the car a proper clean after 2 months of transportation from Germany to remove the stains. Secondly, the company they worked with to deliver the car was was terrible. As it was heavily raining at the time of delivery, no inspection was made and they did not even ask for my ID! As the rain stopped, I started to notice some scratches on the roof rail, when I eventually told the dealer they took no consideration of no proper inspection was made at the time of delivery and advise I would be charged if it wasn't part of fair wear and tear policy. This is awful service from the dealer as they have no intention of looking into my case further. As for the rust stains found all over the cars paintwork, the dealer asked me to get a valet myself to see if it would be removed and agreed to credit 50 pounds as a goodwill. The valet I took it to actually came to 150 pounds for a large SUV in the end to remove the heavily stained rust particulates, so the compensation from dealer dint even cover the cost fully. Such an awful delivery experience, I would probably never order from them again for a car that's worth 65k! and can't even be bother to clean it properly before delivery. Still waiting for my 50 pounds credit from the dealer after 3 weeks of sending them the invoice.. Just stay clear of them and better spend your money elsewhere.. _______________________ Update - dealer today has credited for the valet as promised. I just hope no one else gets the same delivery experience as me esspecially when purchasing a 65k car. Only positive thing that came out of the entire leasing experience was the deal which I got was recently priced for a Q7 Sline spec.

Had the best experience with Eastbourne Audi. Recently got an A4 which Jay Strijdhorst sorted out for me. Throughout the process, he was really helpful, answered all my queries and explained me everything in detail. Would highly recommend and if you need someone to look after you till the end, Jay is ur guy!!

Terrible experiences, wouldn’t recommend! First time I went in to test drive a car I wanted to buy, I was told it wasn’t there and to come back tomorrow. I booked an appointment and returned the next day. On returning we went through loads of paperwork and then when they went to get the keys, they returned and informed me the couple on the other table where buying the car. Complete waste of trip for me! They then proceeded to try and sell me a car 3000 more expensive, when I had made it very clear from the start what my budget was and how I needed to make a purchase quickly as my previous car had been written off. On the 2nd time of me using the garage, my car broke down. It was recovered to them and despite the fact I had told them my car had been remapped they carried on looking at it and then told me it isn’t covered under warrant and I would be charge for there time. At this point I spoke to the Audi garage I brought my car from and they where happy to do it, when I went to collect my car and I mentioned this I was laughed at whilst they rolled their eyes. They are very unprofessional and made me feel like I was a stupid women who knew nothing about cars! Won’t ever use again and would rather travel another hour and a half to another Audi garage who care about their customers!!
