Bought a used Golf - great experience pre-sale, very communicative, professional. First few weeks with the car were great. Tried to use the AIRCON system for the first time 3 weeks after purchase and it didn’t work. The car received an AIRCON service 3 weeks before we bought it. I therefore would not expect it to fail the first time we tried to use it 6 weeks later. Overall I would recommend Caffyns but this was disappointing as now I have to spend a day taking the car to another dealership in London to have the AIRCON fixed.
