Beautiful cafe, lovely owner! Such a warm welcome. I am down Eastbourne for work and came across this cafe as had the best stars for a cafe on google maps, so thought we would give it a go. So glad I did! Will be telling all of my colleges about this cafe when they are this way ️

First time we've been to Eastbourne. This place was a great find. Proper breakfast, 5 star hotel level toilets and great welcome from Nikoletta and Peter! Love the retro 50s diner seating. Will be going back when next in that part of the world.
Good English breakfast with Greek cold or hot coffee. And the owner is lovely. Very nice back garden.
Just left this cafe, where do I start. Positive: clean toilet lovely garden.Mushrooms and hash brown was good. Negatives eggs under cooked fried bread was white bread soaked in oil, sausages tainted, black pudding raw and bacon full of white fat. Wont be going back shame as garden was lovely. As a chef I know whats what and this isn't it.
Really nice place for that essential fry up and a brew (loads of other food too). The owners are lovely and have made the place really nice, and the garden area is gorgeous to eat out in, especially in the hot weather (shady with a breeze!). All this and also spotlessly clean. A great little find, will be returning.
The cafe became part of a lovely few days in Eastbourne. Great food, atmosphere and garden and of course the wonderful hosts. Thank you so much Nikoletta and Pete. We look forward to visiting you again next year. Max & Alice can't wait!
