Donated some items today and must say how disappointed I was with the attitude of the staff, one lady in particular. She couldn't even raise a smile, was ectremely curt and barely said a thank you. I donated to cancer research as it is close to my heart but will be extremely reluctant to donate there again. I noticed that you have a sign on your window ' items urgently needed as stocks are low' maybe that is the reason?
I found the staff were very helpful in unloading my car for me so that I never got a parking ticket, as I had rather a lot of goods for them. Dennis Burton.
