i had an amazing experience. and i also got given a two free extra large drinks of my choice because it was my birthday. the escalator was broken at the start of the opening but i can see why because they did just open up. Staff... staff was very approachable and understanding. they always say sorry for the long waits for the early birds like me. Food... popcorn was delish I ordered 1 salty and 1 sweet and the both satisfied me. GET DOEN HERE NOW :)

Having attended the gala night I really enjoyed my visit. First time in ages I did not have to squirm around in the chair to get comfortable or peer around the person in front of me. Sound quality and visuals were excellent.

Was surprised as told had to wear masks in foyer to see at least 6- 8 young people( approx 18 - 28) who were not wearing them. Member of staff who served us popcorn and the member of staff taking tickets all wearing them and very helpful and pleasant. Feel so bad for them that as of Friday Cineworld are closing again due to lack of film production.

First time back seeing Tenet with covid-19 restrictions. Wear your mask folks, staff come in to check and enforce the rules! Great film, very fast paced. We were entertained! The new James Bond 'No Time to Die' is advertised as coming to cinemas in November 2020.

Hate the bright red and blue fluorescent lighting. So over the top and unnecessary. I can't wait to get into the darkness of the Screen and so have no idea what food and drink is for sale, as I can't bear to stand in the lobby longer than I have to. On the plus side the sears are comfy, access to seats is excellent, Screens quality is great, sound quality is great. Lovely experience apart from the lobby lighting.

What an apology of a cinema. The seats are at such an angle that you feel you are at the dentist. Cineworld clearly try and save money at every opportunity and to save on costs they no longer use the screen curtains. DO NOT go to this cinema if you have a heart condition as the sound is far too loud. I am not exaggerating when I say a bomb I was close to back in the 80s was quieter than this place. Take a mortgage out if you are planning to buy refreshments here. The good news is that this cinema is closing down this year but the bad news is that it is being replaced by a new Cineworld in town. For us our choice in Eastbourne will be just the Curzon, which is about to see this place off and I hope holds up against the new cinema and sees that off. This is only my second visit in 29 years, compared to hundreds to the Curzon in that time period Architectually, this is nothing more that a tin shed and looks no different to ASDA outside, well almost, ASDAs signs all light up at night where this dives do not. This is nothing more than a Supermarket Cinema but it does NOT charge Supermarket prices. Rest in pieces Eastbourne Cineworld at the Crumbles.

Very welcome Cineworld venue in the pretty town of Eastbourne you'll have to go through the shopping centre and up a couple of escalators to get in. Pleased to say it's not been overcrowded since covid19 at least so far so currently probably relatively safe. They're playing a good few old classic films.

Modern, new built cinema. Sound and picture quality were excellent. Cues for food were slow as not enough staff but it was new years eve, in their defence. Seating was standard for modern cinema, lots of leg room, cup holders both sides. Four stars as the cinema was so hot!? I have never been to a cinema that was so warm, its usually the exact opposite, so had to strip to a t-shirt leaving me sat on a pile of clothes for the film.
