Amazing, my daughter phoned and asked to book an appointment for my autistic son, and the member of staff offered to open the store early just for my son with autism! He had a great time choosing his new school shoes, and the staff members were so calm and inviting with him. Many thanks for the kindness, and especially making his first outing in 7 months a good one!! Jen/Sophie xx

Overall, great shoes with a tailored service. Little short on choice and expensive items generally. Need to stay relevant in a very general market with shoes almost purchasable in every corner nowadays.

Excellent service at Clark's today, I booked up for shoes, was seen and sorted quickly, but when I got home the shoes not suitable for school , the staff on my return were fantastic, got me straight in and patiently went through lots of shoes until the perfect fit for my son, cheerful and attentive young staff.

Rude staff, no customer service. You all need re training in this shop, you are a disgrace. I can see this shop going, why buy in store with low stock and bad attitude from staff. Would rather shop on line.
