We used Chris and his team at Concept Developers Ltd for an Extension on our property. We were absolutely made up with the results and Chris made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish. The standard of finish was second to none and attention to detail was spot on. We had heard many good things about this company but even our expectations were surpassed. Even with the extensive structural and building works being undertaken our house was left clean and tidy every evening and treated with respect, which made the whole process a pleasure. Me and my wife wouldn't hesitate to recommend Concept Developers Ltd to any one. In fact we already have to many of our family and friends. Chris was excellent to deal with from the start. The quote provided was completely accurate and the quality of workmanship second to none. We are so pleased with every aspect of our build and it was a large project to complete with both the two storey rear extension plus an additional side extension with vaulted ceiling. The whole project was delivered on time despite the restrictions of COVID. Chris is extremely well organised and that was essential with the shortage of some building supplies. Chris and his team were a pleasure to have round the house, they turned up every day and always left everything clean and tidy which is so important when you are living through the building works. Really Fantastic workmanship - there is nothing we would change. Would 100% recommend Concept Developers for any building work and we have already booked them in for another project.
