*STAY CLEAR, my order was delayed and once it arrived there was products missing. I then emailed Paul who was quite helpful to begin with, however he now ignores my emails and I have still not received the products. Worst service I have ever had. Do not order from here, you have been warned.

Highly recommend. Great Communication. Ordered and received within two days. The courier let us down by damaging the package and items were lost but DB Angling immediatley sent out replacements in time for fishing trip to Norway. Excellent service.

Had to get a refund through PayPal after no show on items ordered. He said there's a delay with orders. Then said he'd sent my order out. Nearly two weeks later, it hadn't arrived, I asked for a tracking/reference number which he didn't have (because it was never sent, most likely). Then tried to make out it's my fault for not reading the checkout page properly regarding delays. A delay is one thing, not sending items at all is another. Given other people's reviews of this retailer, I reckon there's some form of fraudulent activity going on. It's HIGHLY suspicious. See pictures for proof of 'postage' then subsequent PayPal refund. AVOID

Very bad service... ordered a few things and was missing half of the order, tried to make contact was told they would send out the missing bits asap.. 6 weeks later nothing has arrived makes no contact to emails or calls basically stole my money no refund offered as completely ignoring all my efforts to contact
