Huge varieties of cloths for land, woman and kids. Also beauty items for woman. But it’s bit expensive

Really nice department store. Good quality on everything. I come here for my smart clothes, suites, shoes etc as I know I’m getting value. In these troubled times for the high street, I hope they pull it off, I would miss them.

Sadly Debenhams will be closing its doors soon just like the fate of C&A, BHS, Littlewoods and the two other biggies near the seafront. This department store has been serving Eastbourne since I don't know when. When you go in the store, you are greeted with all these perfume smells on the first floor. On the second floor is a restaurant where all the yummy food is served. Anyway, sad to see it go.

Can't believe this store is closing, I live in Swansea and the store there is good but not as busy as this one. The staff have been lovely and there is a good selection of goods on offer. Great restaurant as well.

The store in Eastbourne is closing down so I went to have a look... Unfortunately, I couldn't still buy anything. There's lots of amazing stuff at reduced prices but, it cost more than I was willing to spend. Anyone who wants to buy an amazing Christmas gift, please hurry along before it's all gone.

A really good shop that only loses one star as it can be a little complicated for wheelchair users. The restaurant (on the second floor) is a great meeting place with a fine breakfast selection that is very reasonably priced. The lifts are very close to the main entrance (turn right upon entering) and all of the staff are friendly and polite. With a wide range of fashion items to suit every pocket (especially if you’re shopping for a special occasion).

Great store, I wanted click and collect, signs were clear of what floor but no sign for the escalator up to level 2, it took me 2 circles of the store to find it, once up there it was easy to find the section for c&c, service was quick and pleasant, I then asked where the escalator was to go down and was surprised to learn that there wasn't one on that level down to level one, I had to walk down the stairs then get on the escalator to the bottom floor, now I used this because I have a knee injury so could just about manage the stairs but if you are not in a position to be able to use the stairs then make sure you go with someone who can pop up the stairs and collect it for you, this is my only complaint about this store, other wise a lovely place with a great range of clothes for men and women n kids, beauty and perfumes, and polite staff.

Great position on Eastbourne's main shopping road, but drab window displays, scruffy main entrance, uninspiring displays at shop entrance that are poorly presented, main doors/entrance dirty, shabby and poorly lit. There is nothing to attract customers into the store. Inside the store, several areas are well presented but there's 'no flow' throughout the store. No wonder they are closing,. Compared to other stores this one is well below par. A great pity to see such a great company in such dire straights Management have a lot to answer for!!
