Just had a bit of a redesign after being sold. Seems like the prices are a bit more reasonable. The odd bargain to be had. Overall a pleasant experience and fairly helpful staff.

NEARLY 4.00 FOR TWO PIECES OF BLACK AND WHITE COPIES. What a joke this place is, i saw online about printing copies in this store. I downloaded an app to as on there website. I went to the desk and asked to print something, she told me the email to send it too. All was fine and got my two pieces of paper, much cheaper than buying my printer ink. So i thought ! I joked and said sorry i had no cash, as 80p seem so small to pay by card. Then after paying i relise how much it was. 3.00 to send her my email, never once mentioned about this! I was then told by two members of staff that they had a printer and an app i could use. I said i had that and they never said what todo or where togo. Surely if there was a cheaper way they would have directed me there! I rarely ever review places, but i felt robbed.

Staff are very good I was just browsing and member of staff asked if they could help. Told me of various offers. Gave advice on best deals. Good range of products although most can be purchased cheaper.

A well laid out store with good offers. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I was struggling to remember my printer model for replacement ink cartridges and the staff member was able to help me identify my printer and even went and brought my ink for me.

When it was Staples it was good. Now it seems they do not have anything I want. Even tried to buy a laptop and found only cheap brands I had never heard of. I would be surprised if they are still in business a year from now. I have decided to get my supplies on line in future

They always have a good supply of stuff. Staff are very helpful but it can sometimes be a but pricy and they don't have a loyalty scheme which is a shame... as I live in there.
