Was greeted on arrival by friendly staff, then go to go on their sleepmatch device, which indicates the most suitable type of mattress for you. We were then shown 4 appropriate mattress options and with the supplied PPE were allowed to try them all out, with a no rush approach from staff. We were left to decide on our choice, then finally made our decision. Great experience all round. Well worth allowing and spending enough time choosing the right mattress. Would highly recommend.

If you’re looking to buy a new bed and mattress, mattress and pillow protectors then a visit to Dreams is a must. The staff are friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgable, kind and you get a cuppa. The store has plenty to choose from with a variety of price brackets. The staff are ensuring as safe a visit as possible during these strange times too. I turned up without an appointment, Katherine came to the door to say the shop was full and that someone would be with me as soon as possible, after about 5 minutes a customer had completed there purchase and Katherine greeted me, asked my preferences, I was unsure, so she directed me to the bed analyser thing. As soon as that was done she explained the results and took me to try several mattresses. I picked one of the ones I was shown and was taken to the desk to complete my purchase. I was offered a drink during my visit. My delivery slot was booked and I was given a bag to put my old mattress in for collection. On the whole a very pleasant experience and a big thank you to Katherine for her help and time.
