ECF have been outstanding, from the start I was kept fully informed of what was going on the knowledge of Hannah & Jess on the process and procedures to follow is brilliant they really know their stuff. The repair although complex was completed under the time frame set out. I will have no hesitation in using them again wish I could give you 10 stars!!

Thanks to Hannah and Chris and the Team at ECF. They managed to FAST TRACK my repairs to allow me to enjoy my touring Caravan Staycation to Weston-Super-Mare, St Davids Wales and Cirencester(Cotswolds). Thanks Again Steve Hall
My MG ZS EV went in for repair at Eastbourne coach finishers on 1st December 2020 via my insurance company, this is the date that the repairs were authorised to go ahead. it is now 3rd February, and we are still waiting for parts to arrive. I have been given multiple \estimated repair dates\ and none have been reached, in fact we're still in the same boat that we were over 2 months ago. I know covid is slowing things down (I have a business of my own) but how it can take over 2 months for parts to arrive is beyond me. My MG ZS EV is fully electric and costs me a lot less run compared to the 30mpg I'm getting in the hire car provided by my insurance company, the longer I'm without my car the more I'm out of pocket which is unfair as the accident wasn't my fault. I have no idea when the car will be fixed, I could be \waiting for parts\ for god knows how long and ECF's excuse will be that it's \out of their control
Annual service completed with the minimum of fuss. Absolute joy to deal with ECF as a whole. Now bring my daughters car for attention as well. Thanks as always to Craig and Hannah, lovely people.
Very impressive service, especially from Hannah, the Reception Manager. This would have been a very stressful process if she hadn’t been so involved. Her ownership of the process from start to finish was second to none, and her manner on the phone is what all customer service people should aspire to. All on time and excellent quality. Highly recommended.
