We were phoned that the frames were ready to be collected, went to collect a few days later to find that the picture was not ready at all: no one bothered to tell us. Still have no idea when it will be ready. When enquiring about this the lady in-store was rude and unnecessarily sarcastic, she claims ' people are not usually upset when they collect their pictures' - the issue was ours wasn't; there was no attempt to rectify the issue, apology, or indication of when it was to be completed. We have no issue waiting, just please be honest and respectful.
