Should be ashamed of themselves. Carrying on boiler changes and getting their contractors to turn up with printed letters saying that is essential works. Boilers are working, i could understand if broken, why are they forcing tenants to have work done at this time? 3 or 4 people coming into property to complete a boiler change while Britain in lockdown. All they think of is their budgets for next year More than peoples health. Shame on you.

Life At 35

Have been paying for a room for almost 5 years we can't use. As they won't fix the problem. Now mould spreading up to my children's room. They should be ashamed of themselves. Ruined endless carpet, furniture. And can't replace carpet ect until the problem is fixed. Should cut my rent for this!
