Lots of girls want to lose weight, but in my case I wanted to put on some weight! I have always been a naturally skinny person and have struggled to put on a bit of size/shape. A friend recommended James Monk and he tailor made an exercise and nutrition plan for me and explained how important eating well is. This has helped a lot - he produced a 12 week plan that has helped me put on some pounds and at the same time get me in better condition and increase my strength. Just feel so much better about myself now. Highly recommend also nice to take advice from someone who knows what they are talking about and also practices what he preaches!

I don’t normally leave reviews for things like this, but I wanted to share the fantastic service and personal training session that I have just received from James at Eastbourne personal training. I feel like I have been given a kick start to getting ready for summer, James was friendly, listened to my needs so that we could work out a schedule and he gave me advise in terms of health and nutrition. He went through each exercise thoroughly and his knowledge on health and fitness is amazing. Very professional and I felt at ease. I cant wait to book in more sessions.

Eastbourne Personal Training

James Monk has been phenomenal! Joined a gym because I was feeling a bit out of shape. Did not really have a clue what I was doing, so signed up with him to get some help. First a general fitness assessment and then a workout programme with some cardio and weights (never used before). Firm instructions on how to use equipment properly - apparently I was all over the place! New diet plan - hard at first but then OK. 6 weeks in now and feel so much better - exercises hurt like hell at first but now really enjoying my sessions. Top man James - very knowledgeable - great motivator - highly recommend. John Clare
