Purchased a bath panel on 19th June. Arriving home found someone had cut the end off! Immediately called Plumbase who said they'd order me another. 3 weeks later heard nothing. Again called and was told \We did say we'd call you when it was in....\ 2 weeks later no call so I returned the damaged item; they gent I spoke with said he'd check the store room just in case it hadn't been booked; annoyingly it wasn't there. Whilst waiting however, I was \privileged\ to hear two other members of the Plumbase team chatting with a customer, Chris? about \women\... which included some derogatory comments about tampons. To give them a little credit they did look somewhat embarrassed when I ushered my girlfriend in to sight to see if they would apologise but they simply sniggered like schoolboys. Needless to say a refund was made and no quibble (that's the 1 star!); they said they'd chase it up Monday and let me know. Monday came... and passed... eventually I called on the Thursday and was told \well... 25 had been delivered and they were all damaged\. All damaged????! FFS. They'd re-order another. It's now the 7th of August. No one has contacted me with an update. No apology. No alternative. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. \Thanks\ fellas but I'll be recounting my story to our 400 employees. Any chance you can redeem yourselves?
