If you speak with a receptionist who clearly believes she's a doctor ask to speak to a qualified doctor! Important Documents were declined by the reception for phycriatric medication from physiatrist!

After calling my usual GP for an urgent mental health issue, I was told to go to the walk-in. I filled out a form and ended up waiting 3 hours or more. When asked at the appointment \are you anxious?\ and after saying yes I was told \you don't look anxious\ then had my blood pressure checked (?????). I felt fully unwelcome, scared and like a burden asking for what I would've preferred, which was proper advice regarding my situation and change of medication to one that was more suitable for me. Personally I wouldn't recommend going to this walk in if you are not registered and/or need mental health assistance. If you can, hold on as long as possible till you can get an appointment with your trusted GP. PS, not entirely sure why I also had something quickly shoved in my ear during this appointment with no explanation?

My partner had a fall outside the walk in clinic as neither they nor Southern Rail took the appropriate level of care or responsibility for the wet floor meaning my partner slipped over smacking her face and knee on the hard floor. When trying to visit the walk in clinic the receptionist ignored the phone and claimed the phone was too busy for her to answer every call although she was reading a magazine. My partner was then told to go to hospital by the receptionist as what exactly can the doctor do about it. The nurse then intervened and stated that they couldn’t let her in as she’s probably got COVID-19. Truly disgusting behaviour from the clinic and what seemed to be sheer incompetence and ignorance - a wonderful NHS public funded service spoilt but individuals who shouldn’t be anywhere near it!
