Due to Covid-19 I have now found a new online retailer to shop from .As there are now becoming shortages of components, I stumbled across EVO because they had what I wanted. I made a quick call to speak to them directly about the product, and was met with a very friendly, helpful can do attitude. Although they didn't have the answer to hand, that didn't faze them, they went off and found it, called me back and let me know. This filled me with confidence, I pulled the trigger and made my 1st purchase with them. Great service!

Without doubt the most helpful, knowledgeable and decent people in the industry. They stock an amazing range but will always steer you towards whats best suited, not whats most expensive. John and Matt need a special mention as they have given me so much good help and advice, I can't recommend them enough.

Had a very bad experience with these guys. I left an old road bike with them to do some repairs. They insisted it could be fixed up and would be overall cheaper than buying a new bike. They never contacted me to discuss how much the repairs would cost. I was charged over 100 and the bike broke around 2 weeks later. When they evaluated the bike again, they were planning on replacing parts and charging me over 200 for their services. Sadly, they were not transparent or honest enough to advise me to buy a new bike. They also claimed that they had a record of speaking with me about the costs after the first service - which definitely never happened. Very rude, expensive and poor standards. If you hate money, try these guys out

Service was fantastic. Very responsive when needing to adjust my order from a 140mm Rockshox Pike to a 130mm and delivery was incredibly quick and well packaged.

Ordered a DHX2 2020 in November 2020 on their website shop. Item was IN STOCK. I have been informed 1 month later that I will not receive my item before end of February 2021. I asked to find other solutions they just proposed a refund. Thank you for keeping my money for nothing
