One of the cartriges wasn't being recognised by my printer, so I emailed First Call Inks and they posted a replacement that arrived the next day and the printer now works again. It's so good to see that such customer service is still around in such uncertain times we're living through.

OMG, I had the most horrible conversation. Usually the printer recognised that they are compatible cartdiges and leave me whether I wouldl like to proceed or not. The cartridges from the Fir Call Inks are not recognised them. The cartdiges that they sold are not recognised by the printer at all and the two people I spoke to are very unpleasant accusing my printer that has been working fine. Ridiculous, I would avoid these people and the company AT ALL COST.
