This is the third time I have sold a property with Eddy and the team, and also this time was able to purchase with them too. Despite all others in the purchase process being a nightmare, Eddy went above & beyond to keep everything held together and finally achieve completion! He and his team are always professional and friendly, and because they focus on a specific area, are knowledgeable about the local market trends. This knowledge and enthusiasm for what the Langney area offers have been what has tipped my decision to use them each time, and I have not regretted it at any point. Communication throughout the process has also been faultless. I don't intend to be moving again anytime soon but if that did happen then I would not go anywhere else.
We used Eddy and the team for the sale of our 4 bed house in the South Harbour. I have sold a few properties over the years and I must say that these guys were right up there with the best I have used. 5 star service from beginning to end. Great communication at all times, top quality photographs and description, advertising in all the right places and a polite and friendly service. What more can you ask for? I would 100% recommend.
