Last week I was working at Gardners as a temp. I understand that the work is temporary, of course, but when I found out that I had been in contact with someone who subsequently tested positive for Covid, I did the right and informed the agency that I would have to self-isolate. Today I was told that my services were no longer required. I know I was a good worker but that counts for nothing to them. What lovely people! Not a word about, are you okay? or anything like that. If you are going to work for these disgusting people, be prepared to get treated like a serf and summarily disposed of if you take time off or just when it suits them.

If you want to be treated as a slave, moaned at like a school kid for the smallest of things (too many toilet breaks, put your phone away and turn it off, you're 30 seconds over your allotted 20 minute break etc) then by all means, sell your soul and go work there. If you have any dignity, I hear McDonald's are employing...

Worked there on the weekend shift. Standing for long hours so not for me personally. Covid safe working environment.

It's a fine place to work. If anyone complains about it it's only because they have a bad attitude towards work. Treat your employer well here and they will do the same to you.

Good environment for work. It's a repetitive work some time but it is a good First work
