I used this Company for the first time to send an engine to Brisbane Australia by sea. Matt Dadswell advised me throughout the process of selecting and receiving a GoTripBox1208 3R. This product was easy to assemble and fitted together perfectly. Due to limited shipping availability through Corvid-19 restrictions this Pallet box was transferred to three ships before arriving at its destination. The Pallet box and contents arrived at the final destination in PERFECT condition. The product and service is a credit to the company. Thank you.

Had a real problem with delivery, the driver refused to enter the car park to our building to deliver goods to us, as he said they were not allowed to go into car parks for insurance reasons. We were then charged 50 to redeliver and threatened with charges of storing goods after they failed delivery. We were then told the driver had said the car park was full so he couldn't enter, but we have a card to let drivers in for delivery purposes. It was either mis-communication or dishonesty, but we ended up paying the price! Customer service was confusing and a real let down.
